2 tbs natural yoghurt
1/2 Lebanese cucumber (finely chopped)
2 tsp dill (rinsed and chopped)
1 tsp crushed garlic (if not fructan intolerant)
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
2. Serve with salads and BBQ’d meat
